is it realli tt hard 2 be leader in aniting tt u do? different ppl haf different potential. u cant give up juz because of a failure tt u encountered. it will not be fair 4 those tt need u 2 lead dem. nobody said life was easy..u haf 2 fight 4 ur rights n believe tt u can accomplish great tingz. if not, u shall alwaez remain stuck at tt particular spot on life's ladder. we stil haf a long way 2 go. sum ppl reach the top of the ladder b4 otherz but we shuld not be disheartened. as we climb up the ladder, we shuld help those tt we see on the way up. not push dem down n let dem suffer at the bottom. but life is alwaez unfair, no matter how gud every1 is, there wil stil b sum1 tt has 2 b at the bottom. not every1 is suited 2 be a leader. there is a time 2 lead and a time when u juz hafta b a follower..
