woohoo! went to watch the syf marchin bands at the national stadium today. they are so pro man. they march even better than our ncc. so cool. i want tanjong katong secondary school to get top. they are so good and humble. not like bowen sec. so cocky. so what if they won last year. i think they are over confident. anyway, really loved the way they are so discipline and their straight straight lines. wah. really pro manz. they also have alot of formations. hahaz. cool! if only our band can march like that. hahaz. but fat hope lahz. hahaz.
just realised that my section have alot of problems. i think its gonna collapse soon. my juniors are so not happy in the section. cos cornet is one of the more difficult instrument to play so many ppl cant do it. den most of my juniors are transfered from other sections. out of 5 juniors, 3 are transfered. really pathetic. they are being forced. and i dun think its good. cos if they do not like the instrument, they will not have the heart to play well and thus will not improve. so many probs and the sec4s are stepping down soon. my sec3 section leader is also on the verge of giving up. the sec1s are not giving her the respect. i really duno how to help her. but since i was the former section leader, i will try my best to help her b4 i go. i dun wish to see my section collapse. next year is syf so must try and keep the section going if not the band will die.
