-Work!!-

Seems like everybody has already found a job. Well, i have a job too and its not an easy one at that. If you read my previous post, you would know where i work and everything. Today i'm just going to tell you more about the different types of people i meet at work. [sorry if you don't wanna read. i just don't have anything else to write about]

Well, there are some regular customers that i recognise by now. Most of them are promoters from centrepoint's Robinsons, hairstylists from HairInn and office people from the starhub building. There's also a regular that looks a lot like our 'dear' principal Ms Dorothy Tay. Other than having some resemblance in the looks department, she speaks equally soft and equally slow. And she is also damn longwinded. Evertime i take her order she will take a very long time to decide. Haiz. People that you meet at work.

Some of the customers are so damn picky. You know that when you go to foodcourts there are pictures of the food on display to help you decide what you are going to order? The pictures are usually very nice looking to attract customers right? Well, some of the customers just can't seem to get that point. There was this one man who ordered soem kind of porridge, and the picture at the stall showed all the ingredients placed on top of the porridge. It's basic common sense that when you cook anything, all the ingredients would be stirred in together. But he just shouted very loudly demanding why the porridge did not turn out exactly like the picture shown. Like hello? Have you just gotten out of jail or something? Never eat outside food before is it? Don't know how it looks like is it? But of course as the person serving him i could not say all that in his face. All i could do was keep apologising to him the whole time and just bear the brunt of his frustrations. Ignorant idiot.

Every Saturday at around four, this group of youngsters would occupy the foodcourt making it very noisy. They are from a church near the place and they go to the foodcourt for their dinner after their service. Interesting becasue up to now me and my sis have not been able to figure out what church they are from.

I also learnt that in the beginning of the month, business of foodcourts will be slower because most people just got their pay check and would go to classy restaurants to have their meals. While at the end of the month when people have spent most of their money, business in foodcourts would increase.

Very long post huh? I guess that kind of sums up my working experience up till now. I'm going to have to look for a new job soon because my cousin is coming back to work and by then, there would be no need for me in the stall.
