Back to school after a two weeks break. Actually it was not much of a break as we had to do the e-learning assignments, which i think was a total waste of time, and we also had to study for the mid semester tests.
Got back two of my papers today and suprisingly, i did quite well. It's the first time in Poly that i actually scored above 90 for my papers! This calls for a celebration! If only my parents would reward me with money so i oculd go shop for clothes. But alas, i don't think i will even tell my parents about my results because i already know what they will be saying. "90 only? Others must have scored better than you." "Highest in class? But you only got 87. Its not even 90."
Yah. That's how critical my parents are. I guess its because they have high hopes onme. But even so, shouldn't they at least try and encourage me or something? Rather than putting me down all the time. Anyway, as long as i know i did my best, i am happy enough. Two papers down, two more results to get back. I don't really have much to expect from my marketing research paper. I just pray that i do not fail and have to take the retest. *prays hard*
So, finally the O and A levels has ended and everybody that i know seem to be having fun trying to enjoy themselves while i'm still slogging it out in school. Sigh. The life of a poly student is not really that enjoyable.
