-Happy Birthday to Me!-
So the day came and went.
Had a pleasant surprise from hakim and cindy-dave when they appeared at my house at midnight with a cake from McCafe. I have superb friends! Had a sinful supper of cakes at the pavillion downstairs and crapped like we always do when we meet up. Laughing at the bihimbotic cindy-dave who pronounced Yale University as Ya Le University among other bihimbotic stuff.
Before that had a mini celebration with Cedrick, Ervin and Jackson at Minds' Cafe. The fantastic strawberry shortcake from Rive Ganauche and the super filling Japanese dinner at Nihon Mura after that. Thanks guys.
On the actual day, had dinner with the two good friends and gossiped a whole lot.
On this day, i came to realise that one does not need many friends in one's life to be happy. A small group of true and thoughtful friends will make your day anytime. Thanks to cindy-dave, hakim, helang, xiuli, alister, weiping, ervin, adrian, cedrick, jackson and shirley for the birthday wishes. You guys made my day! :)
